To ensure the security of our high-value gemstones and minerals, G.I.L. operates under a strict manual verification process.

Please follow the steps outlined below to confirm your selection. Once your procurement is verified, we will coordinate a private collection appointment at our laboratory.

1. Capture Your Selection

Before leaving this page, please take a screenshot of your selection (Current Items). Since we process orders manually, this screenshot acts as your digital reservation slip.

2. Connect via WhatsApp

To initiate your reservation with us. Please attach your selection screenshot in the chat.

Do notify us of your payment method and preferred appointment date of collection.

3. Settlement Instructions

Method A: PayNow

Verification: Share the transaction screenshot to our WhatsApp chat.

Method B: Cash on Collection

Reservation: Your item will be held for 5 days from today, inclusive of weekends and public holiday.
Payment: To be settled in full via cash during your appointment.

4. Collection Protocol

G.I.L. does not provide delivery services. To ensure the security of your high-value items and to provide a professional review of your item, all handovers are conducted in-person at our shop.
